The total cost for this project, which also included the replacement of damaged sidewalk and curbing, was approximately $326,000.

Superintendent Losquadro said, “Railroad Avenue is a heavily-traveled thoroughfare off of Sunrise Highway.  I was happy to include its resurfacing in our 2019 paving season, bringing much relief to all those who travel the roadway on a regular basis.”

Councilman Panico said, “We appreciate Superintendent Losquadro’s decision to pave the north side of Railroad Avenue, which completes the paving of this widely-traveled road on both the north and south sides of Frowein Avenue.”
